Dear Students, Faculty and Professionals:

As the former Executive Director and Student Director of RISE 13 and 14, the world’s largest student investment conferences in each of the past two years, we know what it takes to conduct a world class conference. And, now  we’re taking it to the next level.

We invite you to join us at the ENGAGE 2015 International Investment Education Symposium on March 26-27, 2015. ENGAGE 2015 Announcement (PDF)

ENGAGE 2015 is hosted by Wayne State University and Mainstay Capital Management in association with the United Nations Global Compact. Held at the newly renovated Cobo Center in Detroit, Michigan, ENGAGE will be the world’s largest student investment conference in 2015.

In addition to the students and faculty that will attend ENGAGE 2015 from across the U.S. and Canada, we also invite business professionals to take part in this educational investment forum. Participants will have the opportunity to hear insights from our featured speakers that are among the best and brightest in corporate America, government, and the financial media.

The symposium kicks off with an interview of Federal Reserve Bank President and 2015 Federal Open Market Committee voting member, Dennis Lockhart, by Steve Liesman, CNBC Senior Economics Reporter. President Lockhart will share his insights on the economy and monetary policy. The first day of the conference also features panel discussions with CEOs, presidents, CIOs, and economists from some of the most prominent firms in the industry.

We are honored to have a partnership with CNBC as our “Official Broadcaster” for ENGAGE 2015. In addition to CNBC’s Steve Liesman reporting live from the symposium on March 26th, we will host CNBC’s “Fast Money Halftime Report” show live from ENGAGE on March 27th.  Several students and others attending the conference will have the opportunity to be interviewed live on CNBC during both days of the symposium.

At ENGAGE 2015, university student teams can participate in both our portfolio competition and stock pitch competition. The winners of each competition will be awarded a $2500 cash prize.

I think you'll agree that our lineup of speakers and schedule of events for ENGAGE 2015 are impressive. Be sure to mark your calendar and check back periodically for more information and updates. Whether you're a student, professor, or a professional, you won't want to miss the ENGAGE 2015 International Investment Education Symposium.
